Ecotech R&D

,Ecotech Minerals Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Ecotech Resources which focuses on R&D and development of processing technology. It has developed advanced proof-of-concept technology to recover critical minerals from mine site tailings and slags. These include value, base and critical minerals with gold, zinc, copper, rare earth elements and antimony.

BKE /Ecotech owns the intellectual property for EcoTechnology processes with registered trademarks for EcoGold®, EcoCopper ®, EcoZinc®, EcoLead® and EcoNickel®.

Ecotech has developed processing technology in complex sulphide gold and critical mineral recovery and is partnering with  universities involved in government grant work and research.

● Research partners are Deakin University and the University of Newcastle.

● In the last 12 years, EcoTech has undertaken research and development to develop proof-of-concept, testing a wide range of complex sulphide ores, slags and tailing from many mine sites around Australia.

● In the last 3 years, EcoTech has received two Innovation Australia grants and a NSW Critical Minerals’ Stream 1 grant.

● Eco-tech is entering pre-commercialisation phase to batch-test bulk samples with its University partners and has funding applications in place for bulk-testing facilities.
