In October 2025, a Farm-in agreement was executed between Ecotech Enterprises Pty Ltd (Ecotech) and Destiny Resources Pty Ltd, whereby Ecotech would undertake and fund all necessary measures and activities to achieve the grant of a Mining Lease over the Lucky Draw tailings located within EL 8878. The main terms and conditions include the following:

Ecotech to undertake the following:

1. Completion of any further tailings sampling, geotechnical and metallurgical work, environmental and planning issues considered to be necessary;

2. Preparation of any necessary feasibility studies and application requirements covering the adopted mining and treatment process;

3.  Assessment and use of Glycat leaching technology;

4. The cost of the mining lease process is estimated at $1,100,000 and

5.  Lodgment of the resultant Security Bond.

6.  The Mining Lease application will be lodged in the name of an entity registered by Destiny.
